Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClawdVoice ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use the App.

Description of Service

ClawdVoice is a companion application for Clawdbot. It provides a voice interface to interact with your own Clawdbot gateway. The App requires a running Clawdbot gateway, network connectivity, and iOS 17.0 or later.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Operating and securing your Clawdbot gateway
• All messages and content you send through the App
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Any costs from AI services connected to your gateway

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, reverse engineer the App, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. AI responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Five Seven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
